Frameworks® cable channel made from aluminum with many useful features
The Frameworks® cable channel system made from aluminum – added value in the detail
The Frameworks® cable channel system made from anodized aluminum impresses not only with its attractive design, but also through a multitude of well thought out details, which offer the customer considerable added value and greatly facilitate their work.
The cable channels in sizes 40, 40x80, 80x40 and 80x80 can be supplied as 6 meter bars or cut to length. They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminum cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a Frameworks® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.
The cover of the cable channel can be opened by lifting or pivoting it.
The cover of the cable channel can not only be removed, but also pivots open by up to 90°.
Separating strips create order in the cable channel
Order made easy. Using the optionally available plastic separating strips, the individual hoses, signal lines and power cables in the cable channel can be easily separated and well structured.
Assembly of the cable channel
Simple profile fastening using assembly clips
They are also available with mounting holes, which is a new feature for aluminum cable channels. These can be very quickly attached to a Frameworks® profile slot by means of a pivoting mounting clip.
Here too, the RK Automation Solutions product philosophy takes hold – connection without drilling!
Simply cut the aluminum profiles to length and assemble them.
Equipotential bonding kit available as an accessory
An equipotential bonding kit, available as an accessory, can be inserted directly into the slot of the aluminum profile.
Through a self tapping screw in the cover, an electrically conducting connection can be created.
Cable arrangement made easy
Insertable spring strips hold the cover in position
The optionally available spring strips hold the cover open in any position, so it can remain attached to the cable channel instead of having to be put to one side. If the cable channel is installed horizontally (wall-mounted), the cover opens downwards and stays in a horizontal position, allowing it to be used as a tray for pre-assembling cables and hoses.
Assembly strips facilitate overhead assembly
Press-fit separating strips for fitting into the cable channel are also among the accessories available, allowing hoses, signal lines and power cables to be kept separate. In addition, thought has been given to making it easier to lay several different cable assemblies. A flexible assembly strip prevents the installed cables from falling out, and can be opened at any time to allow the installation of further cables. This is particularly advantageous for overhead installation.
